Magic Carpet This is a giggly carpet. I've been thinking about the problem of furniture and household wares whose willingness to be used and useful is pretty much taken for granted. Is that chair really going to sit still forever for my big arse? I've started to worry about the roboti-zation of my house, TVs and couchs and washing machines getting smarter than me. Let's just say smart cars worry me into a Hal frenzy. So I made very sensitive carpet, like a woman's back. The mood and output of the carpet's voice is reprogramable, but for now it has the giggles. The whole presentation is on flash, 92k. Click on the picture to start. |
